Familiar with HP rapid prototyping?

Our HP Multi Jet Fusion Printer uses powder-based technology, but does not use lasers.

The powder bed is heated at first evenly. A melting agent is then deposited at the points where it is necessary to selectively melt the particles; a finishing agent is deposited around the contours, to improve the resolution of the parts.

As the lamps pass over the surface of the powder bed, the deposited material captures the heat and helps distribute it evenly, making the molded parts the same and with the same mechanical characteristics as those obtained by injection molding.

From a real piece via tomographic scanning you can play a 3d file to be processed and edited according to your needs. Your piece is scanned and analyzed through a software that recreates its physical characteristics and gives us the opportunity to intervene by modeling it to your liking. Once the three-dimensional file has been recreated, it can be produced using mjf technology.
