Duepi offers a co-engineering service for moulds and finished products. Our team of specialised designers and engineers will work with you to define your customised product, seeking the best technical solution and pursuing the best cost-benefit ratio.

Avant-garde software for specialized technicians

Our technicians use state-of-the-art workstations to analyse and develop CAD models, optimising their design and translating them into precise and reliable machine paths.

The CAM and WIRE stations allow us to optimise the programming of CNC machining processes – such as milling, electroerosion, micro-drilling and turning – ensuring perfect correspondence between the design and the final component.

Further support comes from the simulation of the INJECTION process, which allows us to predict the behaviour of materials and identify the most efficient injection point as early as the design stage.

We have 3D printing technologies that enable us to create functional prototypes and small production runs, offering concrete support during the development phases.
