Duepi is a company specialized in the design and construction of molds, in the molding of plastic materials, liquid silicone and in the assembly of semi-finished and finished products. The services promoted by Duepi aim to assist customers who require a high level of quality and constant support at all stages of the process.

Certifications
Obtaining ISO 9001 certifications for the quality system and the most recent ISO 50001 for the energy efficiency system are logical consequences of the commitment that Duepi puts into the incessant practice of self-improvement and planned growth.
With a view to achieving ISO 50001 certification, Duepi has embarked on a path of saving, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability aimed at promoting knowledge of the possibilities of savings and has officially appointed the Energy Manager in accordance with the national legislation regulated by the Guidelines of Decree L.gs. 102/14 and subsequent amendments (Energy Management).

Our history
Duepi was founded in 1989 by a group of young technicians in Palazzolo sull’Oglio as a company specialized in the design and construction of molds for plastic materials.
After only two years of activity, the important requests for support from some customers for the molding process, led the founding partners to invest in the purchase of some presses and in the creation of a dedicated department. The combination of the mould division and the moulding division immediately proved to be successful and allowed the company to grow steadily both in terms of turnover and in terms of know-how in the following years.
To complete the service offered, Duepi decided to implement in 2006 a division dedicated to the assembly and packaging of plastic parts, so as to be able to relieve its customers from the management of several external suppliers, also lowering costs thanks to the reduction of product movements.
The continuous desire to improve then led, in 2015, to the creation of a new division dedicated to the molding of liquid silicone with a gray chamber for the creation of products for early childhood and, in 2018, to the acquisition of technologies for 3D printing, able to offer the customer a prototyping service and realization of small series avoiding the investment of the mold.
Thanks to the complete knowledge of the product production cycle and the many years of experience in the aforementioned activities, Duepi can now be considered a best in class in the development and production of high-performance products in technopolymers or liquid silicone.
