The experience we have gained in 30 years of business allows us to offer precise and timely Made in Italy moulding, with reliable and hassle-free supplies.
We have a fleet of 40 injection moulding machines (32 for engineering polymers and 8 for liquid silicone), with tonnages ranging from 35 to 500 tonnes, all equipped with robotic systems for automatic loading and unloading.
The presses are interconnected and managed by an internal MES system, which guarantees constant monitoring, complete traceability and maximum production efficiency.
The presence of an internal mould division ensures continuity of supply and rapid response times, even in emergency situations.

We assist our customers in choosing the most suitable material, thanks to our consolidated know-how and ability to manage a wide range of solutions in-house.
We also organise production to respond to both large industrial series and small batches and pre-series, always ensuring the same attention to quality and respect for deadlines. This flexibility allows us to be a reliable partner for both structured companies and more dynamic businesses.
Quality and control
Every stage of the production process is subject to thorough checks using certified instruments and automatic measurement systems. Complete traceability from raw material to finished product and detailed reports always available to the customer guarantee high standards and total compliance with specifications.
